Mingbo Ye

Mingbo Ye is a licensed attorney in Texas and California, with a focus on intellectual property litigation and trademark prosecution. She represents clients in federal court across multiple jurisdictions, including the Northern District of Illinois and the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, with particular experience in Schedule A cases involving patent, trademark and copyright infringement.

Before practicing law in the United States, Mingbo served as a Patent Examiner at the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) for seven years, bringing a rare combination of prosecution insight and litigation experience to her practice. She also gained three years of valuable experience at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, one of the nation's leading intellectual property firms, further sharpening her expertise in trademark portfolio management and dispute resolution.

Mingbo studied law at East China University of Political Science and Law, Peking University, and UCLA School of Law. She is also qualified as a Patent Attorney in China, and her cross-border background makes her uniquely positioned to serve both domestic and international clients navigating the U.S. intellectual property landscape.
